You have a flat and a usable spare
This service installs the spare you already carry — a full-size spare or a temporary "donut".
You cannot safely change it yourself
Seized lug nuts, an unfamiliar jack, cold weather or a physical limitation are all good reasons to have a driver do it.
Your spare is flat or missing
Without a usable spare, request a tow to a tire shop instead — a driver cannot fix the tire on the spot.
You are on a highway shoulder
