How towing is priced
- Base price includes the first 12 km; $4/km after that.
- SUVs +$15; pickup trucks and vans +$25.
- +$50 when wheel dollies are needed (e.g. AWD/4WD that cannot go in neutral).
- Tows over 100 km include a return-trip surcharge.
- The travel fee below can also apply if the search for a driver widens.
How pricing works
Price before you confirm
The app shows your price before you send the request. You only confirm once you have seen it.
Travel fee if the search widens
The search starts with drivers within 5 km. If nobody nearby accepts, it widens 5 km at a time up to 25 km, adding $10 each time (up to $40). The app always shows the current price.
Cancellations
Cancelling is free until a driver accepts your request. After a driver accepts, a 10% cancellation fee applies. Scheduled bookings take a 20% deposit, refunded if you cancel at least 3 hours before the booked time and kept if you cancel later.
Secure in-app payment
Pay securely in the app by card or Apple Pay (scheduled bookings are paid by card). You never pay the driver directly, and your receipt is saved in the app.
